We are well established in the market and we have many satisfied tenants and landlord to prove that.

Our   tenants  are fully referenced and working full time or on contract . Many of the tenants we introduce to our landlords have been living in our shared accommodation and just upgrade to their own place once they are financially stable.

We have a full time   maintenance  team and we can take care of any maintenance and or building work that your property might need.

Our   fees  are considerably   lower  that other agents in the area.

Two weeks rent on letting only and 5% for full management.

We can   supply and fit all furniture  and appliances in your property cheaper than any high street shop in the area.
