This division of Egoli developed from our in-house maintenance and repairs.

From humble beginnings managing and maintaining a handful of properties, the maintenance department grew with our ever increasing number of managed properties as well as our own portfolio and property development project for investors to become a full fledged building contractor.

We`ve built up an infra structure that includes tools and equipment as well as vehicles and most importantly is our teams of specialist and experienced tradesmen and always available and reliable labour.

Egoli Installation services (E.I.S.) was formed in 2004 following a merger with Starsky Contractors ltd which in turn successfully traded as a furniture installation and removals business since 2001. Starsky was started by George Vorster in reply to a huge shortage of good quality workmanship and trained staff. Because furniture fitting / installation is not a recognised trade there was no proper training available. In reply to this E.I.S. developed a training module for our fitters.

EIS (Egoli Installation services) Specialises in the professional installation of business furniture as well as office relocation and removals.

The contracts division enjoyed healthy growth and expanded into related businesses like transport solutions including delivery and distribution of furniture, storage solutions and equipment hire.
