Why the house-share living??
If you're on a budget, sharing a house or flat is the most cost effective way to live during your time in London . But there are all sorts of unscrupulous landlords out there who want to make a quick buck by renting out rooms in overcrowded, dirty and poorly maintained properties. There are enough things to sort out when you arrive in London without spending weeks pounding the pavements looking at dingy, over-priced house shares.
At Egoli, we identified a need for good quality inexpensive accommodation back in 2001 and have been managing successful house shares ever since. We offer well maintained, fully furnished house shares to take the hassle out of finding somewhere to live.

All you need...
We ask for only two weeks deposit when you move in, plus one week rent in advance and off course a key deposit of £5. All deposits are refunded to you when you move out after the 2 week notice period
No long term commitment...
We only require that you give two weeks’ notice of your intention to leave, and there is no contract period . Many landlords will ask that you sign a lease saying you will stay for a minimum of six months. We're confident you will like our share houses, so we don't. The minimum period you need to stay is just three weeks.
Simple notice arrangements...
It is common practice in private house shares in London to require anyone wishing to leave to find a replacement tenant for their room. We don't do that. You simply give notice and leave after the notice period , it's that simple. And you don't have to wait ages to get your deposit back . Provided your room is clean and not damaged, we give your deposit back when you return your key.
We create a home away from home...
Many house shares around London are simply a collection of rooms, with no living areas or shared spaces for tenants to enjoy. All our houses have at least one lounge area, a dining space and, of course, a garden for the all important Braai !

Egoli provide clean, comfortable, spacious and well maintained properties in convenient locations . We have a choice of house/flat sizes and all our accommodation is within walking distance of transport .
